When I went to visit him, I met some exceptionally wonderful staff members. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for someone to care for a family member. Oh, loved the activities they plan for the residents.
This is by far the nicest, and cleanest nursing home I have ever been to. Each and every staff member genuinely cares for the residents.
We love this community! Our mother has been a resident there for a little over 2 years and we really could not have asked for a better place! The admission process was very smooth and we felt very comforted during each step of the way. The nursing staff there is wonderful and so very caring, you can really tell that they take the time to get to know each of their residents and we really appreciate that!
I don't have family or friends there but the residents look happy, I didn't see anyone in bed after breakfast, the staff did not seem stressed, and the views are beautiful. One morning I came to visit a client and I must have looked like I was having a bad day. A tech/aide came up to me, smiled and gave me a big hug. Made. My. Day.
We came here and immediate fell in love with it.
It's been awesome. We never walk away worried about whether her needs are going to be met. We never walk away worrying.
I can't say enough good things. I cannot say enough good things.
It's so much easier to visit my dad, and the kids love visiting grandpa. Choosing a SNF was a tough, emotional and emotional decision -- choosing Francis Place was the BEST choice.

On Tuesday, December 29, 2020, we will start vaccinating the residents and staff at St. Andrews at Francis Place. We have coordinated the administration of the Moderna Vaccine with CVS. As a reminder, there are two injections associated with this vaccination which must be administered 28 days after the first injection and you must receive the same vaccine as the first dose. We anticipate the Department of Health and Senior Services will review and revise their visitation guidance based on the vaccine distribution and will communicate changes as they occur.
The health and safety of our communities remains our top priority. Please continue to follow all CDC guidelines, which includes wearing a mask, social distancing, and hand hygiene. We look forward to keeping everyone updated throughout this process.
